Liverkick.com reports that Badr Hari has been denied parole and is severely depressed, besides losing 23 kg. Badr Hari’s lawyers were trying to get him out for the holidays, but were unsuccessful in their attempts.
As a fan, it’s hard for me to accept that this once great talent is forever silenced, but more-and-more this seems to be in the case. Hopefully 2013 will shed more light on what Badr Hari’s future holds.

He was released on parole to await trial in January, but violated parole by visiting an establishment where alcohol is served as well as (unknowingly) being in contact with witnesses, and so was arrested again. And, yeah, he’s probably 70 something kg’s now, although he didn’t look all that small in the pictures taken during the few days he was out. He probably hasn’t been 70 something kg in years so i thought he would look really different.
